By booking an event, becoming a member or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming and respectful community for everyone.
Bookings

Places are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

If NeuroNest needs to cancel an event, attendees will be offered a refund or alternative date where appropriate.
Accessibility

While we take reasonable steps to provide safe events and activities, attendance is at your own risk.
NeuroNest cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury except where required by law.
Outdoor Activities
For walks and outdoor events, participants are responsible for:

Events may be altered or cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
