Welcome to NeuroNest North Yorkshire.

We understand that everyone experiences the world differently and we ask all members of our community to help us create an environment where everyone feels safe, welcomed and respected.

By booking an event, becoming a member or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming and respectful community for everyone.

Bookings

  • Places are subject to availability.

  • A booking is confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been received.

  • Confirmation will be sent by email.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

  • If NeuroNest needs to cancel an event, attendees will be offered a refund or alternative date where appropriate.

Accessibility

We encourage you to let us know about any accessibility or communication requirements when booking. We'll always do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible.​

Community Values

We want NeuroNest to be a welcoming space for everyone.

We ask all attendees to: 

  • Treat others with kindness and respect.

  • Respect different communication styles.

  • Help create a calm and inclusive environment.

  • Follow any safety instructions given by organisers.

  • Respect personal boundaries and privacy.

Behaviour that places others at risk or creates an unsafe environment may result in being asked to leave an event.

Photography

Occasionally we may take photographs during events for promotional purposes.

We'll always aim to let attendees know in advance and respect anyone who chooses not to be photographed.

Liability

While we take reasonable steps to provide safe events and activities, attendance is at your own risk.

NeuroNest cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury except where required  by law.

Outdoor Activities

For walks and outdoor events, participants are responsible for:

  • Wearing suitable clothing and footwear.

  • Bringing any medication they may require.

  • Assessing whether an activity is appropriate for them.

Events may be altered or cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
